Alleged Marilyn Monroe Stag Film Still Available Post Auction

via AVN

BUENOS AIRES—A 70-year-old six-minute film that allegedly features a pre-Marilyn Norma Jeane Baker having explicit sex within an unidentified man is still available after no one stepped up to the plate with the starting bid of half a million dollars during an auction held this weekend at the Borges Cultural Centre in Buenos Aires.

Spanish collector Mikel Barsa had put the film up for auction, alleging it to be the second copy of an authentic depiction of the world famous movie actress. He claims to have sold the other copy—a 16mm version of the same encounter—to a private collector for $1.2 million in 2001. This time, however, critics of the sale, including executors of Monroe’s estate, weighed in heavily in the days before the auction, claiming the woman in the movie is not Norma Jeane Baker and warning that simply alleging it is could land Barsa in hot water.

The Associated Press reported Saturday that Nancy Carlson, a spokesperson for the brand development and licensing company Authentic Brands Group, said that if Barsa went through with the sale, it would cost him “dearly,” and added that just saying the performer in the movie is Monroe invites legal action for “perpetrating a fraud on the public, [and] violating the Monroe estate’s exclusive rights to her image and other claims of intellectual property infringement.”

Barsa apparently brushed off the threat, saying, “It’s always is the same story when it comes to Marilyn—to deny, deny, deny and to threaten,” and the auction went ahead as planned, but no one bit. According to Barsa, the threats had their intended affect.

“It doesn’t surprise me,” he said, of the failure to attract a legitimate offer. “The latest statements of Nancy Carlson didn’t do anything good for all this.”

Despite the apparent set-back, the AP reported, “Barsa said he was still negotiating with an unidentified buyer from Denver whom he said was offering much less than a fair price. But he also said his lawyers were reviewing the matter now that Monroe’s protectors warned they would sue him if the sale went through.”

Paris Hilton Says People Assume She’s ‘A Slut’

via Radar

Seven years after the sex tape was released that rocketed her to XXX-rated infamy, Paris Hilton opened up about the scandal to CNN host Piers Morgan.

The socialite revealed on CNN’s Piers Morgan Tonight how devastated she was when then-boyfriend Rick Salomon released the pornographic video to the public back in 2004.  It is available exclusively across AEBN’s VOD platform.

“I just felt so betrayed, this was not just some random guy, this was someone I was with for a few years,” she told Morgan in a joint interview with her mom, Kathy Hilton.

When asked if she loved Salomon (with whom the video was filmed with in 2001), she answered: “I thought I did, and I can’t believe that he would do something like that to me. It’s something that changed my life forever.

Hilton, who appeared to promote her new reality show, The World According to Paris, went on the explain how the tape had shattered her childhood dreams.

“When I was a little girl I looked up to these people like Princess Diana and these women and I think and he took that away from me. This is not what I planned, I didn’t want to be known as that,” she said emotionally.

“Now when people look at me they think I’m something I’m not just because of one incident one night with someone I was in love with.

“People assume, ‘Oh she’s a slut,’ just because of one thing that happened to me. It’s hard because I’ll never…I’ll have to live with that for the rest of my life and explain it to my children, it’s something that has changed my life forever and I’ll never be able to erase it.”

Kathy then broke down in tears and asked to take a break. “It doesn’t go away, it will always be there,” she sobbed.

Earlier in the interview, Paris revealed how she felt when her most intimate moments hit the airways.

“I was in shock, I had no idea. We were in Australia when I heard the news that someone had been sent a clip to one of the entertainment shows. I didn’t believe it at first and then when I landed back in LA is when I saw what happened.
“It was the most embarrassing and humiliating thing that’s ever happened in my life,” she told the British host. “I was so embarrassed to even call her (Kathy) and tell her about it.

Kathy explained how the scandal rocked the hotel heir family to it’s very core.

“It’s all a fog right now and it was a very difficult time. To keep her home for three months straight, you know it had to be embarrassing,” she said.

“She would not leave the house. We lived in New York so wherever you go there are those boxes with the newspapers, with the NY Post, the Daily News.. and it was constantly sitting at the front of the reception desk.

“We had therapy and I think that that really helped. I didn’t know what to say so that’s why I reached out for professional help. The whole family was affected,” Kathy revealed.

Despite opening up about the tape now to the world, Kathy and Paris say they have been trying to block out the horrific incident.

“It’s something that we don’t talk about I try not to think about it.”

Paris Hilton Sex Tape: Lawsuits Filed Against Downloaders

via TMZ

It’s been 7 years since the Paris Hilton sex tape surfaced on the Internet … but it’s still popular as ever — especially on the cyber-porn black market — and the downloaders are now getting their collective asses sued.

The company that owns the copyright to Paris Hilton’s XXX debut — “One Night in Paris” — has filed the suit against 843 “John Does” for cyber-stealing the infamous flick — referred to as a “motion picture” in the lawsuit.

The defendants allegedly pilfered the “motion picture” between 2010 and 2011.

The “motion picture” has broken all box office records. As TMZ first reported, in the year it was released, Rick Salomon reported earning $10 million.

According to the suit, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, XPays Inc. obtained the copyright via some dude name Jim Salomon … brother of Hilton’s “co-star” Rick Salomon. We’re told Paris quietly cashed in on the “motion picture” but is in the background.

Porn Star Claims Tiger Woods Paid Her Off, Pulls Sex Tape Off Market

via RadarOnline
The porn star selling a purported sex tape of herself with Tiger Woods claims the golf superstar paid her off not to release it, and so she’s closing a Web site that has been accepting orders for weeks, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.

Devon James claimed she recorded a sexual encounter with Woods and has been accepting MasterCard, Visa and Paypal on her Web site, where the tape was listed for $19.99. The Web site said the tape was shipping to buyers on December 1.

Several people who ordered the tape told RadarOnline.com that they never received it and had not heard anything about it. Late Tuesday, we contacted Devon’s husband Nick Janette and he told us that the couple was paid off by Tiger and the tape would not be released.

“Our settlement is done so we’re not releasing a tape,” Nick told RadarOnline.com. He claimed that the couple would have the settlement money by the end of the week.

But RadarOnline.com learned from sources close to the situation that there is no settlement, and there NEVER was talk of a settlement.

Those sources, who are in a position to know, said Devon and Nick’s story about the settlement is pure fiction.

James and her husband repeatedly refused to show RadarOnline.com any portion of the alleged tape or even a screen grab. They told various stories during the past few months, were often caught in outright contradictions and ridiculous claims.

Now Jannette tells RadarOnline.com that everyone who ordered the tape has had their money refunded, except for 25 people who filed a claim for their money. But two RadarOnline.com  staff members who purchased the tape have yet to have their $19.99 refunded. Both had their credit cards charged, but the merchandise failed to ship on the Dec. 1 deadline, as the Web site had promised.

On the Web site the shipping date was pushed back multiple times, most recently stating that the delay was due to the high volume of sales. But when Jannette spoke to RadarOnline.com on Tuesday, he seemed to forget that and said the date was delayed “because we didn’t know if we would have a settlement or not.”

When we pointed out the obvious contradiction that he delayed the tape’s shipment to finish negotiations versus the site’s claim that it was delayed due to an overwhelming number of orders, Nick insisted: “We didn’t lie. We did have high demand. We had 180,000 buys.

“We didn’t really know what to do. That was our reason. I didn’t want to cancel our orders and not have a settlement, so that’s what we decided to do.

“That’s not lying.”

Jannette also says he and Devon — who have filed for bankruptcy — didn’t take any money from the orders placed. But when one RadarOnline.com employee attempted to get his money back, the couple told him to file a complaint with PayPal, which promised to take the matter up with the vendor.

However, the Jannettes have yet to respond to PayPal, we’ve learned.

RadarOnline.com exclusively revealed that Devon’s former manager Gina Rodriguez said the tape didn’t exist and was a scam by the couple.  “This is definitely a scam and I would advise anyone thinking of buying it to not send sending in your money for pre-order,” Gina Rodriguez told us previously.

“Because the tape does not exist and if they have a tape, it’s not Tiger.”

Rodriguez went on to say that everything James “has said and done thus far has been a lie.”

The sex tape Web site will be coming down later this week but that hasn’t stopped Nick from continuing to make ridiculous statements. “You’ve got to realize that the site was generating so much traffic that we were in the top 1% of all internet websites in the world,” he told RadarOnline.com.

Internet traffic statistics prove that statement is not even close to being true.

Jannette’s attorney did not return a phone call from RadarOnline.com seeking comment.

Janette confidently told us he isn’t worried about being to be sued for fraud — by Woods or by those who ordered the alleged tape.

“Absolutely not,” Jannette said. “There’s no fraud involved.”

Porn star James is also the same woman who alleged that Woods was the daddy of her 9-year-old son, a claim exposed as untrue this year in a Florida court after a 2002 DNA test confirmed the kid was not Tiger’s.

Interview: Montana Fishburne

Author: Corva Siouan (via xPeeps.com)

Montana Fishburne has succeeded in launching perhaps the most talked-about porn debut in years, if not ever. The daughter of Oscar-nominated, Tony- and Emmy-winning actor Laurence Fishburne has made headlines and topped adult movie retail charts with her first adult movie, “Montana Fishburne: An A-List Daughter Makes Her XXX Debut,” available on DVD or streaming at the Vivid website. Her porn debut was announced on July 30, the same day her dad turned 49 and scheduled for release on August 18. Due to high demand, it came out on August 3 instead and Vivid sold out its supplies in three days. Montana’s decision to do porn became an instant source of gossip and controversy, but you can honestly say it got people’s attention. AVN even described Montana as “a natural born fuck queen.”

xPeeps landed a phone interview with the new XXX-lister on her 19th birthday, September 7. She was perky and friendly, answering every question with relaxed confidence. Her chipper personality, Montana has said, is the reason for the “Chippy D” nickname she’s also used.

Depending on where you look, you can see people praising or puzzling over Montana’s big debut. Everyone wants to know why: why did she get into porn, why didn’t she get into mainstream acting using her dad’s help? Well, as Montana has said numerous times, even though her dad could have helped her get a mainstream part, he couldn’t have helped her get into porn like she’s dreamed of doing. As hard as it is for a lot of people to understand, this is what she wants to do because it’s fun. “I feel a hundred percent comfortable,” Montana says. “I feel like it’s a safe environment. I feel like my fantasy is gonna come true and I feel like it’s gonna be to the highest, it’s gonna be like I dreamed it. I feel like I’m fulfilling my sexual dreams… it’s just so fun in that way because whatever you want to happen can really happen. In the privacy of your own home, things may not always work out how you want and there are more problems sometimes. I think in porn it’s more fun, it’s controlled and you know, I get to do something for myself and it’s a fun job.”

By her own admission, even other adult performers have scratched their heads over Montana’s choice of job, but she’s found support for her controversial career move in the industry. “I’ve had a really good response,” she says. “A lot of them have been surprised too, and shocked that I would do it, that I had the courage to do it because of who my father is. They’re like, ‘Wow, you know, that’s good that you would decide to do it… that you wouldn’t let who he is stop you from doing what you really wanted.’ So they’ve been really supportive and so great and friendly. Everyone I’ve met so far is really nice.”
