AEBN, Dark Alley Media Join in Exclusive Partnership

Charlotte, NC – May 19, 2008 – AEBN, the global leader in video-on-demand, inked an exclusive partnership deal with gay studio Dark Alley Media, which will bring a host of new exclusive content to AEBN’s network of theaters.

The exclusive deal includes films made for all of the studio’s film lines, including Prime Pork Productions, Jalif Studios, and its main Dark Alley Media line. AEBN will also be co-producing twelve new titles with Dark Alley as part of the deal, the first of which is expected to premiere later this year. The deal began in March with an exclusive on Dark Alley’s film, Passio, a film that incited controversy throughout both the adult and mainstream world when its religiously themed plot was revealed late last year.

AEBN plans to launch the new titles in waves, roughly three per month. This week, Dark Alley’s Shockwave, directed by Matthias von Fistenberg, will debut on AEBN, featuring the high-quality, hardcore scenes for which Dark Alley is known.

“We’re very excited to have entered this partnership and gain all this amazing content,” says AEBN’s Chris Baker. “Dark Alley Media has always been so controversial and we are pleased to be the exclusive VOD for these controversial films. We can’t wait to see what the future holds, especially given our joint projects.”

“We took a over a year to consider all the options for Dark Alley Media’s VOD partner. While there was plenty of interest in Dark Alley, we are excited to announce that we are partnering with AEBN as our exclusive Video On Demand Distributor,” explains Dark Alley Media’s Owen Hawk. “We are confidant that working together, we will strengthen the Dark Alley brand, increase the reach of our product, and altogether continue to kick ass.”

Dark Alley’s titles can be seen through their private theater or at owenhawkxxx.com.
