Sweet Sinner’s The Neighbors 2, directed by James Avalon, tells a story of trust and betrayal that arouses and intrigues.
Mature stunner Natasha (India Summer) is house-sitting for her sister and lets her young friend Lando (Xander Corvus) stay in the house with his girlfriend Jessica (Avril Hall) for a few days. While playing tennis with Jessica, Lando hits the ball into the pool next door. Jessica goes to retrieve it and strikes up a conversation with the girl reading by the pool, Chloe (Lily Labeau). Her dad, Billy (Evan Stone), is an out-of-work action movie star who invites Chloe, Lando, and Natasha to a cookout.
Billy and Natasha hook up at the cookout. Late one night Lando sneaks out to have sex with Chloe. Jessica discovers Lando and Natasha talking through a scam they intend to perpetrate as he begins to undress her, and runs out before they notice her spying on them. Leaving her boyfriend to cheat on her yet again with the MILF, Jessica runs straight into the arms of Billy, who fucks her on his exercise equipment because she interrupted his workout – at least he gets a different kind of cardio out of it.
Beneath any upscale suburban surface, you might find mysteries and misdeeds that are straight out of film noir. Sometimes people aren’t what they seem, even those you love, but if you’re lucky, you can find sexual comfort in the arms of a sexy new friend.
