One of the prettiest women in the late 1990s hardcore porn scene, Raylene wasted no time in establishing herself as a sexual force to be reckoned with after she made her debut. She was a half-Jewish, half-Latin beauty who seemed destined for porn greatness.
In those days Raylene was a redhead. She proudly sported one of the hottest bodies in the business, a full-breasted vision of pure sexual allure. Her well-honed figure was an eye-popping knockout, from her long legs through her delectable backside to her ripe, bouncy boobs. Her body is hot even 15 years after her debut and she still has one of the most strikingly gorgeous faces in the biz, with deep, dark eyes and a wide mouth that breaks into a killer smile.
This California native started down the road to XXX superstardom in 1997, after a chance meeting that led her to a party hosted by Shane of Shane’s World fame. Shane and Raylene hit it off, and soon Raylene was appearing in Shane’s movies as well as a string of pro-am titles. Her traffic-stopping looks and onscreen sexual charisma caught the attention of fans and producers alike, and before long Raylene was a professional porn star. Early titles included Taming of the Screw, a porn adaptation of Shakespeare from Multimedia Pictures, and a gothic vampire soap opera from legendary director Michael Ninn that was titled Forever Night and released by VCA.
Vivid Entertainment signed Raylene as one of its world-renowned Vivid Girls in 1998. Her movies under contract were as glossy and beautiful as they were sexy, from costumed erotic tales like Red (1999) to her own self-titled starring vehicle, Deep Inside Raylene (2001). She did lots of luscious girl-on-girl movies for Vivid, two of the greatest being Where the Boys Aren’t 12 (2000) and its sequel the following year. Vivid has also issued compilations from Raylene’s years as a contract girl, including The Ultimate Raylene (2001) and Young Raylene (2003).
Almost from the beginning of her career, Raylene was so popular that she appeared in mainstream pop culture with some frequency. Rap-rock star Kid Rock had her dancing in a cage with her fellow ’90s porn star Kobe Tai during his 2000 Grammy Awards performance. The December issue of Jane magazine from that same year contained an article on the adult industry that featured Raylene prominently.
Raylene retired from porn in 2001 to be a real estate agent and wife. She also became a mom, making her a real-life MILF. The retirement from performing and subsequent real estate career lasted longer than the marriage, and she hung up her dancing costumes in 2004. The industry missed her, as proven when the AVN Hall of Fame inducted her in 2008.
Three years ago, Raylene returned with a vengeance in Raylene’s Dirty Work from Vivid, which included some hot anal and was soon followed by even more comeback roles. New Sensations cast her as sex-starved Dorothy in The Golden Girls: A XXX MILF Parody (2010).
